As we grow up, we stop truly seeing the world; instead, we merely recognize it. Our minds instantly label everything around us: “this is a tree,” “this is fog,” “this is a path.” We look through a filter of ready-made definitions, and as boundaries become sharp, the inherent mystery of life fades away.
My art is a conscious return to simple, primary perception. It is an attempt to reclaim the gaze we all possessed in childhood—a time when everything surprises, inspires, and overflows with wonder. A child does not analyze or categorize; they look at the world without the mediation of rigid logic, remaining entirely open to the raw joy of discovery. In my work, I seek to preserve this very state of the primal discovery of the world.
The Impressionist Vision: Dissolving into Phantom Structures
In my creative process, I do not seek clarity for the sake of clarity. Instead, I am deeply drawn to the fragile moment when our vision just begins to adapt, when colors dissolve, and familiar shapes lose their boundaries. Within this instability, I find a unique depth and a profound space for the viewer's personal experience and emotional resonance.
This artistic vision deeply echoes the philosophy of the Impressionists, who dared to declare that the object itself matters far less than the impression it leaves—the light, the atmosphere, and the pure sensation of the moment.
This total liberation from static form is fully explored in my series, Phantom Structures: Energy of Light and Color. In these works, the rigid, material architecture of nature completely dissolves. What remains is a vibrating phantom of color and pure energetic structures. It is an invitation to see the world not as a collection of solid items, but as a fluid, glowing dance of light and invisible currents.
A Shamanic Journey into Energies and Spirits
For me, nature is never a mere subject or a passive background. The forest is a sacred space of silence, memory, and inner movement. It is a place where the gaze naturally slows down, and the urgent need to name, define, and explain everything completely vanishes. When you look past the material surface, the landscape transforms into a living, breathing entity. The creative process becomes a shamanic journey into a world of hidden energies and spirits that animate the earth.
This spiritual connection forms the beating heart of my project, The Spirit Tree. Here, trees are not treated as mere wood or simple landscape elements; they are captured as ancient keepers of memory, silent witnesses, and totems of vital power. Through these images, I attempt to look beneath the visible fabric of reality, capturing a soft, fluid, and sometimes barely perceptible sense of presence—the very soul and spirit of the living forest.
An Invitation to Free Your Gaze
When you explore these collections, I invite you to let go of the habitual expectation of sharpness and logic. Do not try to recognize a specific geographical location or name the exact species of a tree. Allow your eyes to become completely free from conventional expectations.
Whether you find yourself drawn to the ethereal, shifting vibrations of Phantom Structures or the ancient, grounded depth of The Spirit Tree, these works are designed to serve as a visual sanctuary. They are an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to remember that where the rigid form ends, the true, authentic experience of the image begins.
